United States Shipping

Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders

We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the United States.

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

Swell Marks currently ships to select international destinations.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Because many Swell Marks products are finished by hand, occasional delays may occur during periods of high demand. If additional processing time is required, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, if your shipment appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
