At Swell Marks, we take pride in every piece that leaves the shop. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unmodified, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. We'll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many Swell Marks products are custom-made or personalized, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned unused and unmodified, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
